RSVP and Naming Advisor to Hood

SBS graduate students intending to participate "MUST" respond via the online RSVP site by no later than Monday, March 2 by 5pm to be guaranteed a spot at the ceremony and "two" guest tickets. After we assess the number of graduates, we will issue "more" guest tickets, if available, and we will message that by no later than Monday, March 16 at 5pm.

At the time of RSVP, graduate students will be asked to list the faculty member to hood them. Usually, this person is the major advisor for the creative work, thesis, or dissertation. In advance of the RSVP, the student should ask that mentor to participate, assuring that the faculty member is available for the event. The student should invite a substitute faculty member, if the advisor is unavailable.
